Donator Capacity

I'm sure non-donators are pissed off at being kicked every time they join because of slow PCs, so this would help. It would allow only around from 8 to 16 at the max donators to give others a chance to join.

This will probably never happen, i mean the donors pay a good sum of money each month to help out MCSG and to get the perks.

I've never donated once, just get over it. I rarely get kicked, probably under 25 times in 7 months.
