Disregard by mods

I'm not hating on mods or anything, but I've noticed that when I make a post to answer someone's question, a mod sometimes comes in and says the same answer way after me completely disregarding my post. It makes me feel disrespected, so could you at least say "Like _____ said," or something like that?

Also, a lot of people just tell you something is in the No No Suggestions in the suggestions, and sometimes the idea is actually BETTER than most and completely fair and should be able to get around the No No Suggestions.
