What ranks can disguise? Like I know that for Gold, it only changes the colour, but what else?

Only the diamond and platinum rank can disguise, therefor gold donors can have a voting weight of 3 votes and have 3rd priority of getting into lobby's while regular users they only have a voting weight of 1 vote per map and have the lowest priority when getting into lobby's

As Jtmboy said, Diamond+ donor ranks have the ability to disguise. This includes Diamond, Platinum, Quantum, VIP, and staff. Let me know if you have any other questions.
