Diffrent Donor Perks

Okay So Heres my first idea
Donors can choose maps
Iron votes are not very important.
Gold Votes Is Somewhat important
Diamond votes is Very important
So if 4 iron donors vote but 1 diamond does Maybe the Diamond Donor can have the upper hand on votes? So...
4 irons vote the First map.
Diamond Donor chooses 2nd
Maybe Diamond Has Upper hand maybe OR Everyone can vote equally

2nd idea.
Donors Can Sponsor
Iron Donors can Rightclick on a player and it will say "Give Player 1 iron?" For a Sponsor
Gold can Give 1 Gold and 1 iron
Diamond can give 1 diamond.

You can only do this one time!

Not all donors would like to do this. Maybe this should be added, but not instead of the kicking. Lots of donors pay just to be able to get on a server easily.
