I bought a premium stats reset friday or saturday and i have never recived it i emailed support but they didnt help and i asked staff no help i really want some help here

You emailed [email protected] already, and received no reply? Perhaps you didn't include enough information and/or proof of purchase?
Try emailing an administrator or the Owner individually, I'm not sure if that'll help but it's worth a shot.
You'll have to double-check, but it's probably [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc.
Or just email the support address again, which is probably the best step.
Posting here just gets generic answers of "email ____ so-and-so address, thread locked."

If you emailed them just a few days ago, it is probable that they have not gotten around to it yet. Be patient, as support emails can take up to a few business days to be resolved. If they have not answered within a week or so, you may email them again.
