Diamond Rank

Last night my friend bought me a Diamond rank for the MCGamer Network (this server).
I hasn't come in yet and I am getting kind of worried. Everyone I talk to that has a diamond rank said it came in like 3 minutes.

Can anyone help? (I sent a tweet and an e-mail to the MCGamer support)

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with purchasing the rank. If you've emailed support already you can expect an answer in 1-5 business days, they'll be able to help you out for sure. Please be patient

It looks like you have done the right thing already in your situation.

If you have not received the rank 24 hours after the purchase, you will need to send an email to our support team: [email protected] and give them all the necessary information, e.g. your Minecraft IGN, a link to your forums account and the receipt of the purchase if possible.

If you have sent the email already, you will need to be patient and wait for a response. It can take up to 1-7 business days for them to reply.
