Diamond Donor Gone?

Yes hi, I was playing SG as usual and I joined a game and I /hubbed so I try to join a full game because I'm donor and the next thing I know, I have a GREEN name meaning regular. I contacted the moderation teams and they told to post this But yes my diamond donor(which is supposed to be lifetime) is gone
Please help me
