Diamond Donor Error?

Hi,
I purchased diamond donor for my ign chibrandoogames a little over 24 hours ago. My rank in game has still not updated nor has my rank on the forums. I am not sure as to why that is because I have purchased diamond donor previously and it updated within 5 minutes. I have proof that I purchased it and I can forward an email if needed.
