As many people know, I'm a decent mcsg player, and I know the leaderboards finally updated the ranking. I was taken off of them and I'm not sure why. I'm not banned, I have a permanent mute (requested) so can a senior staff member, or above. Tell me why I am deranked, thanks.

The best way to get an answer would be to start a conversation with a member of staff.

It looks like you were probably marked as 'deranked' due to the requested permanent mute on your account.
I'll have to account for mutes whenever we next run the ranking script, which I'll be working on today.

Alot of us have "Deranked" Including some staff.
