Custom profile picture issues.

Hello! So what has been happening is I try to upload my desired picture, it comes up, and when I click "save changes" it goes back to my profile screen, and nothing has changed.It is not the picture glitching, I have tried several. Help?

The profile picture changing software is currently broken on the forums, so you will need to use gravatar instead.
