Connection was forcibly removed by a remote host??!!!!

Yo. This is really bothering me. Every single game I play on MCSG, I seem to get kicked from the server with the message along the lines of "Your connection was forcibly removed by a remote host"

Can someone please tell me what the heck is going on? It's impossible to play with because every game I get kicked from the server.

I have a assumption that it has to do with the fact that MCSG has three different versions (1.7, 1.8 and 1.9) merged and it glitches out if there are too many of different clients in one game.

I really need urgent help as I cannot play any games without getting kicked.

Usually that is a message you get if you lag out.
It happens to me a lot if im getting lag or if my ping is too high to a server.
Try restarting your internet if it's only started happening recently.

I don't think it has anything to do with the servers compatibility with other versions because it happens to me on servers that are specifically 1.8 with no other compatibility.

TL;DR
Restart your internet, it may just be lag.
Restart your minecraft client itself.
