colored chat?

Hey everyone, quick question.
I do know that platinum donators have the ability to change the color of their chat text. Do all donators get this feature? I doesn't specify of the shop. Also, I've seen people with green names (regular players) have red text. What's up with that?

Only platinum member have the colored chat feature. However, a platinum member also has the feature to mask yourself as a lower rank member ( for example a regular user. ) but you'll still be able to use all the other features a platinum member has when being masked, resulting in a "regular" user using colored chat

Adding on to that, Quantum donors can access it too, since they have the same permissions as platinum. Anything above Plat donor, VIP, Map Maker, Staff etc... has access to the /cc command as well.
