Clan battle problem

I am the owner of WarLords and i said that i wont do a clan battle with #Zero, and i left my computer i came back and a clan battle was done. I said we wont do it, and the other clan owner jackson_murray decided to the clan battle. I said i wont do it, does this clan battle count?
