Changing my avatar on the forums.

Whenever I attempt to change my avatar through choosing a file on my computer, it would say "Avatar upload success" or whatever message it is supposed to put but my avatar doesn't change even when I refresh the page. And sometimes when I set it the little area that says "choose file" will have the name of my file that I chose next to it but after a few seconds the text goes back to no image chosen. Help?
