Can't upload a pp

Hey guys!

I'm having a little problem while uploading a profile picture.

Basically when I click upload a file on my phone, I select a photo and after it has uploaded it says that it has been uploaded successfully, but it doesn't load.

Could you guys please help me?

I'm pretty sure you have to go through gravatar or whatever it is. I'm not on computer right now can't check

When I upload the same pic in other XenForo websites, it loads fine.

That happened to me just wait a bit and it should load. (Wondering why I am posting on a old thread? It to make sure that it gets answered.)

There is an option to click 'Use Gravatar' once you find that click 'What's a Gravatar?' underneath that option.
Sign in/up then upload an avatar. After that, save it & enter your e-mail address & save. Gravatar should work while uploading a profile picture.
