What he means is. When you get off the podium and try to move, you get teleported back as if you were speedhacking. I happened to me a few times too

Sometimes on the new map it bugs and warps you back so you can't move. Try holding shift for a few seconds and this almost always fixes this bug.

I have also had this bug.

Details: I usually get it a few seconds after leaving the podium. Character immediately becomes rooted to the ground, and I get teleported back to that spot no matter what I try. That spot of ground seems to become a new podium, and you can't leave it from any direction (though I have not tried Aeonic's "hold shift for a few seconds" thing. So that may or may not fix it).
