I'm currently having a issue on when I try to purchase (Upgrade: Diamond to Platinum, $20.00) It states, You're not allowed to purchase this item. Can anyone please help?

Just to save future posts, If you would like to get your Platinum rank on the forums, you will have to send an email to [email protected] with the proof of purchase of the rank (receipt) and send the email from the same email that you used to make your forums account.
