Can you be banned for using the OP items on Vida Cova?

So I was watching a Vida Cova chest route video, and I saw that there was a way to get full diamond armour and other gg items. The next time Vida Cova was voted in, I saw people in the chat talking about the armour, and I went and got it. I was later told that I could be banned for doing this. I was just wondering if anyone can confirm if this is true, because I had not anything regarding being banned prior to that.

It is true that if a hacker inserted these items in the game, and someone picks them up after he dies; a moderator could easily mistake you as the hacker.

Please, as a maker of the map, I deeply ask you not to use the items, not just because they're against the rules, but because they're unfair and ruin the game for everyone else.

What are OP items?

OP items are over powered items found in dispensers and other inventory blocks around the map that should not be there. They are unfair and illegal. If the items are located by a player and used, a moderator will ask the player to burn/drop all the items and not use them.. in the case that they do not follow instructions they will be kicked. If they have many previous offenses relating to OP items they will receive a ban.

Vida Cova will be subjected to removal soon.
