As Cade explained, this isn't the correct section to post your moderator application. You're totally allowed to 'redo' your mod app, unless told otherwise in your previous denial message, however you'll need to post it here!
You mentioned you were declined for previous bans on our network, and unfortunately, that will hold you back from having your application accepted, unless the bans were a year old, which you said, but depending on the type of ban and severity, the Sr. Staff reserve the right to still hold your ban against your application.
I would recommend checking out this guide here for some tips on writing your application to increase your chances this time around
