Build Team Section

Very simple suggestion, add a section/sub-section on the forums for the threads of build teams. It seems kind of unclear where you post your build team thread as I've seen them posted in both Clans and Teams and the Maps section. It also seems like build team's threads are constantly buried under the clan threads.

The great thing about forum suggestions: they're really easy to implement.

I just got the go-ahead from Dave. I'll have it up shortly, but populating it with all the pre-existing build teams' threads will take a few days at least. I'll have an announcement posted in the mean time.
