Firstly I am not English so I am not going to speak very well.
Yesterday, in the hub I walked to the creative zone and I approached to the wall. The chat said that I is not avaible to enter in this zone and now I am jumping on the air because I am "bugged"
Please help me, because I can't move and I can't play.

You can't get too close to the signs or you will block people from joining signs. Use your compass to get out of the glitch, right click it and click on the one that says "creative". Hope that this helped you

You may have to get a mod to tp you out.

You will need to get an administrator to help you by tp-ing you out of the area. To contact an admin, you are suggested to go onto teamspeak and messaging them on teamspeak politely. Something along the lines of "Hello, unfortunately I am stuck in the hub. May I please have some help? I am in (server) and my IGN is (IGN). Thank you.". The will be more than happy to help.
