My diamond donor on my account WHATS_A_IGN was gone 3/22/15 i don't know what happened to it but is there a way to get it back?I know i didn't transfer it to another account.

Your donor rank was gone when you changed your nickname?
If yes, please contact [email protected] explaining your issue to them and showing the receipt of buying the perk.
They should respond to you within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).

In case you just /masked it to another donor or regular rank try to /unmask first. If that doesn't help please follow the introduction, Mirkoz gave above.
