BSM hacking or not?

Ok, I think I have seen people with Better Sprint Mod... Is it hacking or not? On other servers it is considered to be okay. So is the mod considered hacking on this server?

As a matter of fact, we have a BSM detector that detects if the player has BSM on, and bans them automatically.

Better Sprint Mod is considered a hack, as it provides an unfair advantage.
