Breeze (Not another "Remove it" thread)

So there are still chests in Breeze island's corn that are tier 1. I heard about a month or two ago that they were going to change it. Are they going to change it? It is getting really old when 10 people get weapons right off the bat on a map that small (aside from the water.)

It's kind of weird. I'm not sure whether the bug is server specific or chance, but when there are tier 2's at corn, only one side at corn is tier 2. The tier 2 bug is through the entire map, which really sucks.

This would be a nice fix . It's been a bit of a pet peeve, finding 9 leather helmets in a 'tier 2' chest xD.

It might have something to do with the random tiers thing.
