Bought stats reset, nothing yet?

I bought stats reset for 1 dollar on the shop. It informed me to wait 5 minutes and do /upgrades in-game. The thing is, it's been 40 minutes and when I do /upgrade it says "You don't have any waiting upgrades" May someone help me?

Make sure when you are in game you do /upgrades (including the s). To redeem your upgrade type the command /upgrade 1. 24 hours after purchase, you can email [email protected] and they will look into it! Hope this helped
