Being kicked problem...

Hey if any staff member could please tell my why i always get kicked at random times whilst in lobby of an SG, it would be helpful (It's not because I'm last to join and get kicked for a donator) because I'm very annoyed and frustrated because, for example i'd join a lobby of SG and be the 4th person to join, but when the lobby gets a full and one donator joins i'd be immediately kicked! But when the 24th person joins (Non-Donator) joins they wouldn't even be kicked!? like please help!!

The system most commonly kicks the individual who joined the hub most recently to make room for the donator, VIP, or staff member. It's not always best to join when the hub is nearly full, as it only risks getting you kicked more easily. Perhaps you should go ahead and join more empty hubs, there's no harm in being patient!

Hey there! I understand you're frustrated. This is not a glitch, or bug. All of our Donator ranks include the priority joining feature, meaning if they join a lobby that is full, one of the lowest ranks will be kicked out of the game, to make room for them.

Regular Players cannot kick anyone.
Iron Donors can kick Regular Players
Gold Donors can kick Iron Donors and Regular Players
Diamond Donors can kick Regular, Iron and Gold Donors.
Platinum Donors can kick Regular, Iron, Gold and Diamond Donors.
VIP can kick Regular, Iron, Gold, Diamond and Platinum Donors.
Moderators can kick Regular, Iron, Gold, Diamond, Platinum and VIP.
Sr. Moderators can kick Regular, Iron, Gold, Diamond, Platinum, VIP and Moderators.
Administrators can kick All ranks listed above.

Although for a Diamond Donor to kick a Iron Donor, the game must be completely full of Iron Donors and above, no regular users. For a Moderator to kick a Platinum Donor the game must be completely full of Platinum Donors.
