In CaptainSparklez snapshot video,
He discusses the new Barrier blocks. I feel like this would make a great addition to how maps work on MCSG - instead of using glass, you could use barrier blocks and if you ran into it, it would hurt you.
In Catching Fire (in the book), they mention reaching a point where there was just land and nothing else (I think) - this could work the same for maps - you would be able to tell you're reaching the forcefield by not seeing anything beyond a certain point.
For map makers, in the latest snapshot released today, in creative mode you'll be able to see the barrier blocks, as mentioned in Sethblings latest snapshot video,
What are your opinions on this? Should this be something MCSG should take advantage of? (For the developers & map-makers)
