Banned permanent

Hello . I got banned permanently on my account Antoftw . It was banned because it has been hacked and someone with hacks played on it . I changed the password/e-mail,not it is cleaned . My question now is,can I be unbanned ? I am not using hacks . Thank you,have a nice night/day .
