Ban problems.

Hi staff...when someone get banned must make a ban dispute.
But...this ban dispute is in vain...i know if i make a ban dispute i must get unbanned.
For example : Now i'm banned at MCGamer network...but i make a lot of disputes..but in vain...i don't get unbanned.
And i don't make a mistake..I used the Ban Template,I used the Evidence..but i don't get unbanned.
WHY Staff?

If you got banned, there's a reason.

Well just because you made a dispute correctly, that does not mean you will be unbanned. The Sr Staff must be convinced that your ban was unfair. Simply disputing the ban doesn't guarantee an unban.
