Available Mod Teamspeak Channel

So today I was in a game and I ran into the 5th regen hacker of the day. Naturally I go on teamspeak looking for mods to poke. I end up poking 6 mods, all of them with a [Poke if needed] tag, but none of them respond (they had about 5 minutes to do so) and I lose the game.

There needs to be a way for somebody wanting to report a hacker to know whether a mod is actually available, or is actually just chatting and playing with friends. The best way I can think to do this is to have several 'Available' channels, so people like myself don't have to waste time poking every single mod and don't lose games undeservedly.

Agreed, I once had to poke 4 mods before 1 replied, and it was too late then.

Got to agree, generally the mods are pretty responsive but I can understand why they would forget to remove the [poke if needed] tag on teamspeak. This idea definitely wouldn't hurt either...

Some sort of [Report] rank should be there, meaning you are able to report if a mod doesnt respond..

Why do mods say poke if needed if they don't reply ._.

Hm i don't know. Often the mods are avaible ,but when they have nothing to do they want to play with friends and then they start a game and are away. So i think a avaible "channel" wouldn't be useful, because it's boring for mods to wait there.

Honestly, if mods aren't doing their job, poke a Sr. Mod+ , they have something where they put names of people not doing their job.

We've discussed this possibility, but it was decided against. The reason being that mods should not have to be available in a special situation, they should just be available by default. If a mod who isn't clearly marked as being unavailable will not respond to your pokes, gather evidence (just use windows snipping tool, very easy) and send it to me or another senior staff member. We'll get it sorted, but we can't fix things if we don't know who is causing the problems.
