Asking for the " Double click Button "

This is for all the members of stuff , i have a question :
This last week i buy a new mouse named " Trust GMS 501 "
this mouse , got a new button , when i click this button once , he detect it like 2 clicks
So ... if i click 5 clicks/s the mouse yurn it to 10 clicks/s
Im asking if this is banneable ???
