Anti-Cheat detection has a problem

So I joined mcsg, I joined and i'm immediately banned for [60] seconds.
It says "You are banned from the MCGamer Network.
Your ban will expire in [60] seconds.
Reason: Xime Anti-Cheat: Detected use of a cheating client"
I never knew puting optifine in forge was a hack...

Please remove that plugin or tell me what to do so I can stop that from happening.

I don't have cheat client but is Bettersprint mod a cheat client? cause almost all the servers I join has bettersprint mod allowed.

Yes, BSM is not allowed here. I don't see why you would need it with the sprint key, though.

You can remap your sprint key in the 'Controls' option of Minecraft. QA;TL?
