Age exception letter info

So I was old by a mod since I am 13, I have to write a age exception letter, create a conversation, and share it with as many senior staff, and administrators. A senior mod quickly replied, and said "this isn't how you do a age exception letter." I don't know if there is a template or not, or if I posted it the wrong way. Can someone tell me what to do?

The instructions for initiating an Age Exception application are available on our forums. You, and only you, will be responsible for finding them. It is a commonly requested topic, so it has been put somewhere easy to find.
