Achievements keep resetting

My achievements keep resetting. I have gotten the same achievements multiple times. It says I only have 2 achievements.

I don't mind the MCSG achievements resetting. It's when regular Minecraft keeps telling me to press E to take inventory thirty times on the same servers when I start getting annoyed. Fix it, Jeb.
