With these types of bans you will most likely not be unbanned unless the ban was false. Otherwise you have to get a new account or wait till 1.8 to change your account's name.

As for bans for inappropriate / offensive IGN, you are allowed to continue to play on our servers on an alt as stated in our rules.

If you were banned for an inappropriate name, you are allowed to use an alternate account.
