I know it's costly to open more slots but could you I cant join a game and the ones I join I'm spectating

When you spectate in the game, wait until the match is done. The server will reset and then keep refreshing until you see it re-open and try to join.

Yeah I always do that but then it says refused to connect

Even if there were more slots, they would most likely fill up just as quickly.

Actually there would be more camping and equal chance of joining. Also, the number of people would be to much.

Yeah, there is a petition up for Australian servers (look at link in ShaunDepro's signature) go like it and we're almost at 100 likes, and when we get there, we get some servers in australia!
