Yep, we can watch the video now.
May I just ask you to put the video in YouTube on "unlisted" so that only people with a link can watch it? It is better like this, because the video can be abusive towards the hacker himself when it is posted publicly.

EDIT: I saw that you want to report 2 hackers? Make sure you include video evidence of the second player as well since we can only see JeskoThe1 hacking in this video. And you will have to make 2 separate reports for each players.
