Okay, let's face it. NO ONE except for like a few feb 2015 mods would enjoy the new system in 1.9 regarding click speed and damage. I think that it would be the best for the server that if we do upgrade to 1.9 in the long run that we implement a plugin to replicate the current damage and rod features. Every hit should be able to be executed as fast as possible and still register as the same amount of damage.
