When does the /disguise command start work? it says disguises has been disabled. When does the /disguise command start work? Pls help

The disguise plugin has been disabled because of the 1.8 update and the developers can not update to 1.8 to update all the plugins until spigot 1.8 comes out until then the disguise command is unavailable
