you can do something like /sharkeisha (NameOfOtherPlayer)
"Other player" would be like if Mooclan and MrTurnip_12 are in-game, and Mooclan does /sharkeisha MrTurnip_12, it would say the message "Mooclan wants to pull a Sharkeisha on MrTurnip_12" or something lolol
