Spawn into hub with players off

Do you think this would be a good addition?

Many people with bad internet connection crash upon entering the hub because of the sheer amount of player activity, especially near SG. There's quite a noticable drop in the first few seconds of spawning into the hub, and an easy way to fix that is the spawn in the hub with players off. I'm not asking to remove the ability to see players, just to spawn in with that option off to avoid players crashing.

Thanks

This is a great idea. If you don't like being alone you can simply turn players on. It seems possible so it's basically a win-win

Agreed. In the hub, when i login i get something like 8 fps for 30 seconds because of the amount of players i spawn into, I love this idea

I completely agree. You know how annoying it is when you aren't a donor and your friend says, "Quickly! US69 hurry!" and you can't make it in because it takes a while for the hub to load? This would be a great addition, nice suggestion.

Usually when i join the hub and it crashes, it takes me to the overload hub, which is basically a sepearte hub but with no people. I think that might only be if the player cap is maximum though.

The reason that the players always appear is because the game saves the default setting when you log back onto the hub. This is the same as when you disconnect from Minecraft completely and re-log. The players will show up just like every server. It's because you're actually connecting to a different server when you enter a game that this happens. I'm not sure if that's possible to save your previous setting, as the time between sessions is not always set.
