Survival Games or PvP?

Hello, I wanted to post this thread since the chest update, which made the already easy games too easy!

In the past I was exited about this games, they were not easy. Sometimes you had trouble by being hungry (not alot, but sometimes). Now you need to delete the food out of your inventory, And
that's not survival anymore! The game changed in my opinion from survival to PvP.
These games are called "the Survival games"! If this stays, then they will better change it in to "the PvP-games" or something.

It's not even hard anymore to survive.
If you have a PvP skill you have a good chance to win, but whit a survival skill you get not far in these games. And that's just really weird because these are the "survival games"!
I want more survival in these games. If they can mix both it would be awesome. But at the moment, it isn't!

Less food definitely. I think they should only have one food item per chest. Evens it out a bit more.

I'm still confused, is this still a bug or is this how it's supposed to be?
I honestly don't hate it, because at least from what I've seen, it isn't that bad.
You have to remember, you're the same people who wanted new chest items, and any resulting glitches are the product of that.
Beggars can't be choosers.

I can see where you're going with the 'survival' aspect, but if it were to be more survival based, games would take a lot longer which means a lot less people would play. PvP, on the other hand, makes the game a lot more fast paced, and action packed, even if they are some really nooby, and easy to beat people.

Well It's survival! That it will take longer makes it more survival.
So if they will stop playing, that's their problem. These games are called "the Survival games."

I like pvp over the survival aspect and I think some will agree. I know its supposed to be the survival games but most people enjoy the pvp aspect more than trying to survive. that's why I enjoy mcsg because other servers I find myself dying to hunger which can be frustrating.

I prefer survival. Way back when mobs were in these servers the survival element played a huge part in how these games were played. I wish mobs were brought. These games used to be more intense and it would sometimes be a surprise of who would end up winning the game. I remember I would have full leather and a stone sword and all of a sudden there would be 2 people left and the other guy had nothing. By now a night would have passed and someone would have collected corn. But the person who ended up getting corn was blown up by a creeper and swamped by mobs and I would get a win! Those were fun times.
