Some Fixes:
- I don't really like the text that you use but it's your choice if you want to change it.

- Maybe you should make the thread a little colorful.

- Clam should be spelled Clan in Application.

- Also you should put exceptions like for 12 and older so people that are under 12 think that they can't apply.
