Regardless of whether or not they aren't putting up their losses, there currently isn't a rule that lets us enforce putting them up. However, Imagination, as you can see, it isn't appreciated when a loss isn't put up.

It'd be much appreciated if the flame stopped on this thread as there isn't any reason to argue about it. Rules are rules. Nuff said.
