Just wait a bit, and you'll get a ranking. If someone reset your stats without you knowing (which is hard taking into account the two stage security layer), email [email protected] with your info.

If your rank says zero, it means that you are either banned or it hasn't updated. Usually it takes 24 hours to update, so just be patient. Hope this helped.
