Should I be worried? Malware?

So I was just looking around the forums and this kept popping up.

I'm kind of worried. Not sure what I should do.

But this just started happening yesterday? I haven't had this pop up before?

Take a look at your extensions. There might be something there. I remember my paypal not doing transactions because of addons.

I've had the problem myself with a few perfectly safe websites.

The three bars at the top right corner of chrome. Go to setting, they should be there.

At the top right of the page, there's a thing with 3 bars. Click it then go down to tools, hover over tools and click extensions.
