A hacked account isn't MCG's problem. I request that you reset you minecraft password at either mojang.com or minecraft.net . If someone is breaking the rules, report them using this template http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/threads/report-abuse-templates.6742/ in the "Report Abuse" section with attached proof.
The thing is, this isn't just a MCSG problem. His entire account was hacked, so he wants it banned so he doesn't use nodus or something. Eskild|Quadrum_

As long as you have evidence and have reported the player he should get dealt with appropriately.

Lets clarify this.

If someone has hacked your account, the appropriate thing to do is request a ban on your own account, this is what I would do at least. I highly suggest you request your account to be banned, this wont count against you as you have requested it. If you go this route, once your account is safely banned (A Moderator will do it for you) I would then proceed to change your minecraft account password or better yet contact Mojang.

MCSG doesn't only accepts evidence from in-game, not on programs like Skype, if I'm not mistaken.
^^ Very much true.

I was going to help you on this, but it looks like everything's already been covered.
