It won't let me buy donor!

Hello, for the past 2 weeks i have been trying to purchase diamond donor for your server. However whenever I try to add it to my cart it just logs me out of my account. Also i tried to buy gold donor a week or two ago and it said Purchase Succesful. It has been two weeks and my gold donor still has never showed up. This has been an issue to me and I would like help trying to figure this out.

Perhaps try another such as Google Chrome or Firefox, but Safari is a relatively stable browser so I doubt that's the issue.

You probably shouldn't email Chad himself, as he's quite busy, and it's the wrong person to email. Instead, email the general support email at "[email protected]" which handles issues like this.

I already emailed the support team, they said that they didn't know, so what I did was use a different computer and also I used a different browser

This is a bug with the shop embedded in the forums. Try using the external shop available through the leaderboards. Just get to the leaderboard page and you'll see an "upgrade" tab.

I attempted to buy donor on Sunday, with your problem. The in-forum shop will just put you on an infinite loop, but the actual shop as Heron stated: http://shop.mcgamer.net works just fine.
