YouTube 'leet' Easter Egg

Not sure if this is a thing people know about already, but I found about this weird Easter Egg on YouTube.
1) Go on any video page.
2) Click anywhere on the page.
3) Type 1337.

All the comments will be written in 'leet'.

I was really surprised it works too! From what I understand this is VERY recent feature on YouTube, I think it was added about 1-2 days ago if not mistaken.

EDIT: After doing a bit more research, I found that this is part of something called "Geek Week". Not sure what that is though.
