Hello!
That error means that your account/computer has been flagged in the system as fraudulent. If you have charged back, or done any suspicious activity via any buycraft store, it will automatically flag you everywhere else. If you believe this is a mistake, you can either try using a different payment method or device (which worked for someone the other day) or email [email protected].
